For mobile display assemblies ready for shipment, HAODE QC staff manually check each piece for appearance, display, touch, components, flex cable, connector, markings and identification. Fingerprint function is also checked for applicable models. After the required checks are completed and the product is confirmed qualified, it moves to the shipment process.

QC staff check appearance, components, flex cable, connector, frame, bracket, markings and related identification status piece by piece according to the specific product, confirming key areas before shipment.
Check the glass surface, edges, openings and other visible areas to confirm whether there are obvious scratches, breakage, stains or other conditions that do not meet the relevant appearance-check requirements.
